www.raywhite.com, www.realestate.co.nz, www.trademe.co.nz , www.rwhenderson.co.nz and www.raywhite.co.nz
¨ A prominent ‘FOR RENT’ sign is assembled on your property where possible.
It is our philosophy to always be critically selective when choosing a tenant.
We are not prepared to compromise our reputation or your investment property by accepting an unsuitable or undesirable tenant. All prospective tenants must complete our comprehensive application forms before even being shown through your property. This application form is vigorously checked and verified by photographic identification. Applicants are interviewed, landlord reference checks are conducted and a credit check is obtained by the Property Manager.
This information is all used as a tool in the personal selection of your tenant.
