¨ You are appointed a dedicated and highly skilled Property Manager to look after your investment portfolio.
¨ With regular in-house and external training, we are very knowledgeable, and with up to the minute technology and resources at hand, we are able to provide you with the best advice and direction regarding your tenancies.
¨ We ensure that your vital interest of rent collection is taken care of. We do not tolerate rent arrears. Twice per month you are paid rental monies that we have collected on your behalf. Our trust account is independently audited on a regular basis and our financial statements are sent to the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand every month.
¨ Management fees are tax deductible! We provide you with a monthly statement for your records, which shows a detailed breakdown of all income and expenses.
¨ Rarely does a dispute with a tenant arise, however in the seldom case that a dispute results in a Tenancy Tribunal or court hearing, we will attend on your behalf to resolve any matters if we are unable to do so beforehand.
¨ We offer a Landlord Insurance Policy to safeguard your rental income and property and provide you with valuable peace of mind. This package is provided by Real Landlord Insurance NZ Ltd and underwritten by IAG NZ Ltd.
